Chakra Power!

The word “chakra” is a Sanskrit work meaning “wheel”.  There are 7 major chakras that run along our spine and many lesser chakras throughout our physical and energy bodies.  Each chakra correlates with emotional and physical issues.  When your chakras are open and flowing freely you feel balance and harmony between your mind, body and spirit.  This is what I call true bliss!

In Chakra Power! we will learn the basics of each chakra, their colors, as well as their emotional and physical attachments.  You will learn different methods on how to identify which chakra(s) are closed as well as different exercises on how to open individual areas.
