The bridge on my website is a very important symbol to me.  Dictionary.com defines a bridge as “a structure spanning and providing passage over a river, chasm, road, or the like”.  Hypnosis, in a therapeutic setting, is the bridge.  Clients present themselves with a reality that is no longer working for them.  This issue is the chasm.  On the other side of this chasm is the desired result.  Hypnotherapy, in whatever form and technique that is necessary, allows the client to change whatever beliefs or behaviors leading them across the chasm into their new reality.

Hypnotherapy is unlimited in the ways in which it can benefit lives.  It can be used to change behaviors, enhance the quality of certain areas in your life, decrease stress, and uncover belief systems (emotional, spiritual and physical) that you are currently operating under that are no longer working for your highest good.  There are times when a child can “adopt” a parental belief system that has been carried into their adulthood.  If it’s not working for you, it’s working against you.
